    If you haven’t received your meal plan, check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t find your meal plan there, there’s a chance you spelled your e-mail wrong.
    Send us your e-mail and the country you have purchased your meal plan from at support@fitmealplans.net and we’ll sort you out!

    2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEAL PLAN?

    3. I SEE PRODUCTS I’VE EXCLUDED.

    If the products are not essential to the recipe, you can prepare it without them. The essential ingredients are marked in red. If you have excluded an ingredient in the quiz and you still have recipes where that ingredient is essential, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

    4. ARE THE INGREDIENTS MEASURED IN RAW OR COOKED CONDITION?

    All ingredients are measured in Raw condition

    5. WILL MY MEAL PLAN DISAPPEAR ONCE THE 90 DAYS ARE OVER?

    No, you’ll have a lifetime access to your meal plan!

    6. THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH THE PAYMENT OR THE PLAN

    7. I SEE SOME OF THE MEALS AND RECIPES HAVE MORE THAN 1 SERVING EACH?

    The FitMealPlans are personalized to fit within the recommended calories, based on the personal details you’ve provided. If a meal has multiple servings, you can divide into smaller portions during the day or have one larger meal - entirely up to you, as long as you stay within the calorie intake.
